Art Noir at the Arts Council

The current show at the Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana is a multi-artist, multi-discipline exhibition that has a strict color palette of  black, white, and grey.  Billy Hedel’s contribution to this juried show is A Man of the New World Order: 1-20-2017, one of a trio of NWO three-dimensional framed portraits.  A Man of the NWO is a mixed-media piece made from found, salvaged, and recycled materials and measures 20×24″ framed, and is about 6″ deep ($ 395).

Art Noir is now open to the public through Friday, March 10, when a closing reception will be held from 5:30-7 pm.  The Arts Council is located at 318 Main Street and is open Tuesday-Friday from 10am-4pm (, 812/422-2111).
